**Job Opportunity for a Seasoned Account Director**
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing a variety of accounts that require a broad skill set to manage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead on accounts strategically, taking ownership and working autonomously to deliver marketing projects to time, budget, and high-quality specification.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing quality over quantity and focusing on delivering results that meet the objectives of both the client and the agency.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support client objectives, while also driving business growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
**Requirements:**
- Existing experience as an Agency Account Director.
- Broad marketing knowledge with a strong base in digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
