The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our team, specializing in performance marketing. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success through strategic media planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for media performance-related activities.
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of strategic media plans, leveraging data insights to drive optimal media performance across digital and traditional channels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of media specialists, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics to assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Client Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to new business development efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, data science, and digital, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Account Director or similar role within a media agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and performance optimization across various channels.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
