We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an Enhanced Practice Nurse to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) team. As an Enhanced Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting in the management of chronic diseases, and supporting the overall health needs of our patients.
Key Requirements- Experience working within primary care services that enhance the core general practice offer.
- Strong patient care skills, focusing on compassion and empathy.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation.
- Postgraduate qualification at level 7 or above relevant to their area of enhanced practice.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,414 - £56,965 per annum, depending on experience. Our PCN provides a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. As an Enhanced Practice Nurse, you will have the autonomy to develop your skills and expertise, while contributing to delivering exceptional patient care.
Salary RangeThe salary range for this role is £45,414 - £56,965 per annum, commensurate with experience. We strive to provide a fair and competitive compensation package to attract top talent and recognize individual contributions.
