We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a senior practitioner, working within the Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in clinical psychology and leadership skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and line managing a small number of psychology staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standard of care for patients. With a postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, you will have a solid understanding of models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and represent psychology within this context. The ideal candidate will also have experience of neuro-developmental diagnostic assessments and interventions.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and professional growth.
