Main Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day payroll processing, including inputting data, calculating SSP, SMP, and SPP, and maintaining up-to-date absence record cards.

You will also be required to run monthly reports to ensure pay rates are updated in line with the National Minimum Wage, process pay runs, and print payslips and P45 forms.

Additionally, you will assist with training of new staff, provide cover for other payrolls during absence/holidays, and assist the Payroll Manager with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Your salary will be between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
