About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled General Manager to join our team and lead one of our centres. As a key role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff, while driving business growth and achieving results.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry, with a proven track record of managing teams, developing strategies, and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage and develop a talented team, including recruitment, training, and succession planning
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
- Performance bonus: 15% of annual base pay, paid quarterly
