About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in Walsall Wood. As a Bank Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

As a member of our dynamic team, you'll work collaboratively to provide person-centred care and support, teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging individuals to access their local communities and engage in activities they enjoy.
