About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Bank Support Worker to join our team at CareTech UK. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with mental health needs, using a person-centred approach
  • Measure outcomes and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience in a caring environment, including use of a hoist
  • Good communication skills, allowing you to engage and interact with service users
  • Ability to work days, nights, full-time, and part-time
  • Confidence to work alone and as part of a team
