Job Title: Support Worker-Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker-Driver to join our team. As a Support Worker-Driver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support service users with mental health needs, using a person-centred approach to promote positive outcomes.
  • Drive service users to appointments, activities, and social events, ensuring their safe and comfortable transportation.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans, promoting the best possible outcomes for service users.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a care environment, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Confidence in working alone and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive service users safely.
  • Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
