About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Bank Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Engage with service users in activities that promote social interaction and community integration.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in a caring environment, including use of a hoist.
  • Ability to work days, nights, full time and part time considered.
  • Good communication skills, allowing you to engage and interact with service users.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Confidence to work alone and as part of a team.
