Care Manager

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and leadership to facilitate the needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within the domiciliary care sector or at other care settings. You will be well-organised, with excellent prioritising ability and high attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, plus benefits such as free training, uniform/PPE provided, and opportunity for personal development and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities- To provide staff with support, guidance, and leadership to facilitate the needs of the clients.
- Ensure accident/incident reports are written clearly and concisely, and that any remedial action or learning is incorporated into care delivery.
- Aarrange cover for home care workers' sickness, absenteeism, or holidays.
