Job Description

As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our culinary operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management and organization of our kitchen team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistently presented dishes to our discerning guests. This requires previous experience working in a similar capacity and a proven track record of leadership, motivation, and training of team members.

  • To supervise kitchen operations, guaranteeing outgoing food meets specifications and maintains the highest standards.
  • To ensure compliance with Food & Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation, preparing and producing food to the highest standard and specifications given by senior kitchen staff.
  • To lead by example in customer service, displaying the four key behaviors of our Customer Service model, and positively supporting company-wide initiatives.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are maintained to a high standard and any maintenance requirements are promptly addressed.
  • Liaising closely with Casino Managers and FoH teams to optimize guest experience.
  • Leading regular employee performance reviews, providing direct feedback, coaching, and support where necessary.
