Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. They will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene, and implementing efficient systems to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and menu costs
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior culinary or operations role
  • A strong background in food safety and hygiene practices
