Nursing Unit Lead

As a Clinical Unit Manager at A&F Healthcare Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our clients. This will involve assessing their social and health care needs, developing care plans, and ensuring that these plans are implemented effectively.
You will work closely with our nursing and care teams to provide support and guidance, and will be responsible for supervising and instructing junior staff members.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also be involved in administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and completing reports.
Salary: £22,600 per annum (approximately £22.60 per hour). Location: Plymouth.
