Chemotherapy Unit Lead Nurse

We are looking for an exceptional nurse leader to join our team as a Chemotherapy Unit Lead Nurse at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of chemotherapy services and driving quality improvement initiatives within our unit.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and developing strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
- You will be required to demonstrate advanced clinical skills, including chemotherapy administration, IV therapy, and cannulation/venepuncture.
- You will be responsible for educating patients and their families about their treatment options and supporting them through their cancer journey.
