About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Care Manager to join our team, overseeing the nursing unit and ensuring effective operation. The successful candidate will have expertise in elderly care, person-centred approaches, and a commitment to high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in leading staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Coordinate and lead the nursing team to provide person-centred care.
- Manage the nursing unit, ensuring effective operation and communication with external health professionals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Requirements:
- A qualified nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
- Expertise in elderly care and person-centred approaches.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
