About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Capital Projects Administrator to join our team at Leeds City College. As a key member of our Estates and Capital Projects team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and spreadsheets for the Group Director of Capital Projects and Team Leader.
  • Carry out office tasks such as word-processing, filing, photocopying, and diary management.
  • Minute/note taking of various meetings and ensuring timely production of meeting notes.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to emails and phone calls.

About You

  • Level 2 qualification in English & Maths.
  • Excellent IT skills in using Microsoft Office packages and Google applications.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written, with people at all levels in the Group.
  • Must be able to manage own time to meet deadlines set.
