About the Role

Entrust Social Care Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Adult Social Worker to join their hospital team in Warrington. This role requires a professional who can work effectively in a busy environment, undertake assessments, and liaise with various professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments in accordance with the Care Act 2014
  • Conduct safeguarding assessments and capacity evaluations
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to understand individual needs
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic hospital team
Requirements
  • DipSW or equivalent qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Current DBS certificate
  • A valid driving license
