Adult Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult's Social Worker to join our team at Warrington Council.
As a key member of our Adults Assessment Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct timely and thorough community care assessments using a strengths-based approach.
- Lead safeguarding enquiries under section 42 of the Care Act.
- Assess risk and recommend proportionate risk management plans in crisis situations.
- Holding a DipSW or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Possession of a current DBS certificate.
- A valid car driver's license.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.

- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant with extensive social work expertise.
