The Warrington Borough Council invites applications from internal staff for a permanent position as Director of Adult Safeguarding and Care Excellence.
This role entails leading the development and management of the adult safeguarding and quality assurance team, ensuring effective coordination and management of responses to concerns regarding adults at risk or their care provision.
The successful candidate will undertake and commission enquiries and investigations that uphold statutory safeguarding principles and improve the health and wellbeing of adults and their carers.
Responsibilities also include providing strategic support to shape and influence the service environment, promoting excellent practice, and managing service performance while meeting key measurable objectives and targets within statutory frameworks and financial resources.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £60,000 to £80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role
- Lead the adult safeguarding and quality assurance team in ensuring effective coordination and management of responses to concerns regarding adults at risk or their care provision.
