Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Mak Connect Ltd. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to adults and the elderly, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and participating in care delivery, leading individual care documentation, and providing effective leadership and guidance to our care staff. You will also assist with staff rotas, administer medication, and observe service users' dignity, privacy, and independence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. If you have a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure, and possess good communication skills for effective communication with service users, colleagues, and others, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and participate in care delivery
- Lead individual care documentation
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to care staff
- Assist with staff rotas and administer medication

Requirements

- Proven ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team under pressure in a diverse environment
- Commitment to providing support to vulnerable individuals with respect for their wishes
- Good communication skills for effective communication with Service Users, colleagues, and others
- Extensive experience in a health or social care setting

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
