Service Desk Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling service desk issues via telephone or email, with a focus on ITIL, Service Now, and iManage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve tickets, including non-law firm specific and law firm specific tickets
  • Provide IT support for Windows 10/11, Service Now, and law firm applications such as iManage
  • Implement ITIL practices and Microsoft Office applications (M365) administration and support
  • Experience with Active Directory and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is essential
  • Proficiency in using ITSM ticket management systems, particularly Service Now
Requirements:
  • Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector
  • Previous experience working within a legal Service Desk Analyst role
  • Strong experience with ITIL, Service Now, and law firm applications such as iManage
