Job Title: Legal Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Legal Service Desk Analyst to join our team at VIQU Limited. As a Legal Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support for a 3-month contract. This opportunity will involve service desk issues which will be handled by tele or email.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ITIL, Service Now, and Law Firm applications such as iManage. You will be required to triage and resolve tickets, both non-law firm specific and law firm specific. Your excellent diagnostic and resolution skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support for a 3-month contract
  • Triage and resolve service desk issues
  • Handle tickets via tele or email
  • Work with ITIL, Service Now, and Law Firm applications
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues

The successful Legal Service Desk Analyst will be required to work onsite in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our organisation initially on a 3-month contract but has the view to extend.
