Job Title: Legal Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Legal Service Desk Analyst to join our team at VIQU Limited. As a Legal Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our clients in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve service desk issues via telephone or email
  • Provide support for ITIL, Service Now, and iManage
  • Work with our clients to resolve technical issues and improve their IT experience
  • Collaborate with our team to implement ITIL practices and improve our service desk operations
Requirements:
  • Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector
  • Previous experience working within a Legal Service Desk Analyst role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and support
  • Service Now experience essential
  • Law firm applications such as iManage
  • ITIL practices - implementing practices
  • Microsoft Office applications (M365) - administration and support
  • Active Directory experience
  • Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
  • Proficiency using ITSM ticket management system - Service Now
