Legal Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Legal Service Desk Analyst to join our team at VIQU Limited. As a Legal Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our clients in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage and resolve service desk issues via telephone or email
- Provide support for ITIL, Service Now, and iManage
- Work with our clients to resolve technical issues and improve their IT experience
- Collaborate with our team to implement ITIL practices and improve our service desk operations
- Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector
- Previous experience working within a Legal Service Desk Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and support
- Service Now experience essential
- Law firm applications such as iManage
- ITIL practices - implementing practices
- Microsoft Office applications (M365) - administration and support
- Active Directory experience
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
- Proficiency using ITSM ticket management system - Service Now
