VIQU Limited is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for a 3-month contract in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL, Service Now, and law firm applications such as iManage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve service desk issues via telephone or email
  • Implement ITIL practices and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office applications, and Active Directory
  • Utilize Service Now to manage ITSM tickets and ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
Requirements:
  • Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector
  • Previous experience working within a legal service desk analyst role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and Service Now
  • Law firm applications such as iManage
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills

The successful Service Desk Analyst will be required to work onsite in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join VIQU Limited initially on a 3-month contract with potential for extension.
