Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Environmental Specialist to oversee the implementation of Company Environmental and Safety Management Systems. This position will provide expert management of the overall Environment, Health and Safety program across the whole of Manufacturing at Bournville.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate all Environment, Health & Safety programs and processes
  • Provide Health & Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities
  • Follow up on non-conformances and develop systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company Policies
  • Facilitate implementation of corrective and preventative actions where required for EHS
  • Ensure facility standards are in compliance with both Company and government regulations
  • Ensure training and coaching are taking place to drive a safety-perfect culture


Requirements:




  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety
  • Experience as a Health & Safety practitioner
  • Experience in auditing on ISO 14001 or similar global standards
  • Change Management / Project management experience (preferred)
