Safety and CDM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality safety and business assurance services to our clients across the UK and internationally.
Based in Birmingham, you will work closely with our team to deliver projects that include demolition, education, environmental, highways, inner city builds, power, and rail. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with bidding and proposal writing.
- Overseeing infrastructure projects for both current and prospective clients.
- Delivering project deliverables.
- Offering support and contributing ideas to innovative delivery methods.
Requirements:
- Ideally hold or be working towards CMIOSH status or equivalent.
- Ideally hold a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject.
- Experience in the following:
- Working in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services.
- Working with large-scale projects in highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and/or water.
- Delivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client.
- Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews.
- Assisting with project set up for both new and existing clients.
