Job Title: Safety and CDM Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality safety and CDM services to our clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bidding and proposal writing to secure new projects
  • Oversee infrastructure projects for current and prospective clients
  • Deliver project deliverables to the highest standard
  • Contribute to innovative delivery methods and support the team in achieving project goals
  • Work closely with the Birmingham team on projects and delivery as part of the national team

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will hold or be working towards CMIOSH status or equivalent
  • Ideal candidate will hold a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject
  • Experience in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services
  • Experience working with large-scale projects, including highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and/or water
  • Delivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client
  • Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews
  • Assisting with project set up for new and existing clients
