The Health and Safety Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction safety and business assurance services to clients across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bidding and proposal writing to secure new projects and clients.
- Oversee infrastructure projects for current and prospective clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Deliver project deliverables to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and company objectives.
- Contribute innovative ideas and support to enhance delivery methods and improve client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Birmingham team to deliver projects and contribute to the national team's success.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate holds or is working towards CMIOSH status or equivalent.
- Hold a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject.
- Experience in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale projects, including highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and water.
- Delivered CDM duties as Principal Designer and Client.
- Conducted audits, inspections, and management system reviews.
- Assisted with project setup for new and existing clients.
