About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality safety and CDM services to our clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bidding and proposal writing to secure new projects and clients.
  • Oversee infrastructure projects for both current and prospective clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Deliver project deliverables to the highest standard, meeting client expectations and company objectives.
  • Contribute to innovative delivery methods and support the development of new ideas.
  • Work closely with the Birmingham team on projects and delivery as part of the national team.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will hold or be working towards CMIOSH status or equivalent.
  • Hold a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services.
  • Experience working with large-scale projects, including highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and/or water.
  • Delivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client.
  • Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews.
  • Assisting with project set up for both new and existing clients.
