Job Summary
Timely Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and engage potential private equity buyers, presenting tailored ESG solutions and selling to portfolio companies and adding portfolio companies as new clients.
- Sourcing and closing upsell opportunities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within private equity firms to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with ESG consultants to develop and deliver integrated ESG strategies and solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Requirements
- Proven track record of account growth, and new business sales.
- Experience working with Board Members, Partners, Investment/Portfolio directors, and ESG specialists, within UK mid-market private equity clients is essential.
- Experience of building a wide network of private equity contacts, and the ability to build new relationships.
- A natural sales hunter who can develop leads and close business within fast paced private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
- Strong understanding of, or interest in, ESG principles and their application in business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
