Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group in Kent.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment and/or systems.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Set up accounts for new users.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Test new technology.
  • Administer Microsoft 365.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as instructed by the IT Manager and Management Team.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
  • Good knowledge and experience of ITIL Best Practice.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with MS AD, MS Exchange, MS 365, Windows 10, VPN.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
