Crime Support Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated Crime Support Specialist to join our team in Kent, working 37.5 hours per week.
As a vital member of our Specialist Services Team, you will play a key role in directly supporting individuals affected by hate crime. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized structured resources and information to ensure service users receive the necessary support to navigate the criminal justice system and recover from the impact of crime.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A background in social work or a related field is highly desirable.

**Benefits & Salary**
We offer a competitive rewards package, including:
- A salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Flexible working options, including hybrid working arrangements
- 28 days annual leave, rising to 33 days plus Bank Holidays
