**Job Summary:** Hate Crime Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Hate Crime Advocate. As a Hate Crime Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting victims of hate crime, promoting their welfare, and advocating for their rights.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the issues surrounding hate crime, with the ability to work effectively with victims, police, and other agencies. They should also be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, adapting their approach to meet the needs of diverse service users.

**Requirements:

  • Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position, with a strong understanding of the issues surrounding hate crime
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
