Typically service users will reside in Bromley but occasionally referrals are received from residents who reside outside of the borough having been placed in temporary accommodation by Bromley council.

Those supported by the service may have other support issues not directly linked to tenancy management but which have a significant impact of how well a service user manages their lives and tenancy so the service will support and signpost service users to drug and alcohol services, mental health and GP services, specialist financial supports
