About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist with Bode IT Ltd, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools' IT systems. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll be the first line of defence for all things IT.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to solve problems efficiently.
  • Administer and support Windows AD networks and servers.
  • Configure and support AV equipment, including projectors and interactive displays.
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.
  • Provide technical support for educational MIS systems like SIMS, Arbor, and Scholarpack.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of IT support experience within an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows AD and AzureAD management.
  • Knowledge of MDM systems, iPads, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience supporting MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Scholarpack.
