Head of Commercial Growth

As a key member of the Flowd team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and implementing processes that deliver outstanding results.

You will lead the development and growth of the commercial function with the Managing Director's guidance.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  2. Overseeing the sales budget and managing profitability goals
  3. Maintaining and growing the Account Management function by recruiting, selecting, and training employees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales head/director/manager or relevant role
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
