We are looking for a highly accomplished Commercial Branch Head to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThe estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Commercial Branch Head, you will be responsible for leading our commercial operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth through new customer acquisition and retention.

Your Responsibilities- Lead and motivate our commercial team to achieve targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Proven track record of success in commercial leadership and business development
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
