Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Working Arrangements:

We offer a hybrid working setup, allowing you to work from home while still connecting with your team at our Wigan call centre HQ at least two days a week. All roles will be based out of our Wigan office, so you will need to be within a reasonable distance to Wigan.

We have various shift patterns available, including full-time, part-time, weekend, and night shifts. Please select the shift pattern you are hoping for on your application, and we will contact you when we have a vacancy.
