Care Home Operations Lead Position

Prestwickcare is recruiting for a skilled and experienced Care Home Operations Lead to join our team at Beech Tree House in Alnwick. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.

About the Role:
  • This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of care professionals.
  • You will work closely with our operational management team to ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained and that our residents receive the best possible support.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing teams, with experience of working in a care environment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the home.
  2. Leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
  4. Working collaboratively with external agencies, such as GPs and social services, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  5. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care services and making recommendations for improvements.
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC guidelines.
  7. Managing budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the home.
  8. Building relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of openness and transparency.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
