About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Lead to join our Urgent Care division. As a leader in clinical practice, you will be responsible for supporting existing clinical care and enhancing the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical practice strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Lead and mentor multi-professional teams to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Evaluate and improve clinical practice through quality improvement initiatives

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience

Requirements
  • Masters level award or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience working in Primary Care or a similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
