Clinical Lead Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Practitioner to join our team at Alnwick Urgent Care Centre in the UK. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious professional with a strong clinical background, capable of delivering excellent patient care services.
The role is based in the UK and requires a strong clinical background. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Your expertise as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner will play a crucial role in driving our mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care services, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Registered with the NMC or GMC, depending on your professional background.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing or medicine).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in urgent care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
