Salary and BenefitsIn exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from £48,379.50 to £64,369.50 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 36 annual leave days, learning and development opportunities, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting existing clinical care and enhancing the capacity and capability of our multi-professional teams. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' health and clinical needs, undertaking consultations, and using your advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.
You will be responsible for leading the clinical teams, carrying out consultations with patients, deciding on and carrying out treatment, and providing clinical advice and mentorship to junior staff. In addition, you will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including a Golden Hello bonus, to support your professional growth and success.
