We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team at a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school in Northumberland. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people who have SEND and a genuine interest in helping them reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEND. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is committed to delivering high-quality education, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
  • A current DBS is essential or willingness to obtain one.
  • A compassionate approach to supporting young people with diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with pupils, parents, and staff members.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Refer a friend or colleague bonus scheme.
  • Free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) including Team Teach.
  • Potential permanent contract after a qualifying period.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND.
