Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide 1:1 support to pupils with challenging behaviour">
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and proactive way">
  • Supervise pupils during breaks and lunchtimes">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • An Enhanced DBS check (ideally on the Update Service)">
  • A strong ability to build relationships and rapport with pupils and staff">
  • Experience in classroom support (although not essential)">
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and positivity when working with pupils">

Salary and Benefits:
