Primary Care Clinician

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Primary Care Clinician to join our team at Totally plc. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in enhancing the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.
About the Role:
- You will work autonomously, assessing and managing patients' health needs, using your advanced clinical practice skills and judgment to make informed decisions.
- Lead and mentor junior clinical staff, promoting best practice and supporting their professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) and clinical skills qualification at degree level
- Evidence of completion of study in minor illness and independent prescriber status
- Willingsness to develop skills in minor injury and paediatric care
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience
