About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Totally's Urgent Care division as an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner. You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients, using your advanced clinical practice skills and expertise to diagnose, treat, and refer. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage patients, including diagnostics and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Mentor and develop junior clinical staff, promoting excellence in practice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of advanced clinical practice principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: £48,379.50 - £64,369.50 per annum
  • Annual leave entitlement: 36 days (including Bank Holidays)
