Opportunity Overview">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as Home Manager at Beech Tree House in Alnwick.

This role offers a unique chance to work within a diverse and vibrant environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Collaborate with GPs and healthcare professionals to establish good relationships and improve resident care.
  • Manage and maintain budgets, records, and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Investigate complaints and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
  • Be responsible for medication control and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Essential Requirements:

  • First Level Nurse/Registered Manager award
  • Substantial care home experience
  • Management/supervisory experience
  • Satisfactory DBS check and employment references

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum)
