Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, improving resident outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, records, and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Investigate complaints and accidents, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Be responsible for medication control and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and lead staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • First Level Nurse/Registered Manager award
  • Extensive care home experience
  • Proven management/supervisory experience
  • Satisfactory DBS check and employment references
  • Competitive salary (£45,000 - £60,000 per annum)
