Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system data integrity, being flexible and adaptable to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and interacting with external stakeholders. This role requires a strong administration background and previous experience working in a customer service/service-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include managing the TUPE process, including building employee data, distributing data, and providing licensing data for TUPE out employee liability information, creating and distributing employee contracts and contractual change letters for new starters and current employees, supporting the wider Employee Services team with day-to-day transactional activity, inbox maintenance, and phone queries, acting as first-line support and point of escalation, reporting on Employee Services metrics, preparing licensing renewal reports, maintaining the LDN register, and Taleo interface errors, running the SIA watchlist and handling cases of suspended and revoked licenses, including scheduling blocks within HCM, and working closely with key stakeholders in the Republic of Ireland to manage PSA license renewals.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position.
